Susan Aston

Fully qualified and insured counsellor, Mental Health First Aid instructor and founder

I am a BACP member and my core approach is integrative and person-centred. Professional, genuine and grounded, I offer a neutral space to tell your story in your own words and be listened to without judgement.

My experience includes supporting adults with anxiety, depression, bereavement, autism, low self-esteem, trauma, abuse, adverse childhood experiences, caring responsibilities, change, transition and loss.

Melissa Willis

Fully qualified and insured BACP member and integrative counsellor

I have worked within the mental health sector for over 13 years, including seven years in the NHS. I provide a confidential, non-judgemental and caring space where you can explore and understand your emotions.

I support clients with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, work and relationship difficulties, physical illness, stress, bereavement, childhood sexual abuse and historical trauma. A free initial consultation is available with no obligation to continue.

Ben Trafford

Sports massage therapist

Our aim is clear: to provide precision therapy for optimal performance. Using industry-leading techniques and a simple approach to complex issues, treatment specialises in posture correction, lower back pain, sciatica, and shoulder, neck and elbow pain.

The goal is to reduce pain, increase the range and quality of movement, and create the best possible environment for healing and recovery.

Keira Keenan

Child and educational psychologist

I have worked in the field since 2012, previously in school-based practice, assessment of need and intervention planning. I now work therapeutically with children and young people to support social and emotional wellbeing.

I use creative approaches including drawing, games and play, alongside principles from CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Person-Centred Therapy. I offer a free 15–20 minute online or in-person session to explore how we could work together.

Caroline Bailey

Person-centred, emotion-focused therapeutic counsellor

If you are struggling with anxiety or depression, I can support you to explore your feelings, make sense of the challenges you are facing and find your sense of self again.

I have worked alongside people from many walks of life within counselling and social care for the past 30 years. I also work as a High Intensity Counsellor with NHS Talking Therapies, with particular interest in depression, anxiety and supporting people and families living with neurodivergence.

Nikki Bailey

BACP-registered counsellor

I offer short- and long-term therapy to adults for everyday stress, anxiety, crisis, loss and trauma. My approach combines empathy and compassion with thoughtful challenge, and can integrate body awareness and movement because trauma and attachment difficulties can directly affect the body.

I work with a focus on equity, diversity and inclusion, and welcome contact to arrange an introductory session to explore whether we would be a good fit.

Georgina Lester

Integrative counsellor and NCPS member

I offer both short- and long-term therapy to suit your needs. I have experience working with a range of issues, especially those surrounding addiction.

My aim is to help people gain an understanding of their true selves so they can lead a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Karl Found at 11 Elite

Massage therapist · “Your Massage, Your Way”

Experience the benefits of massage therapy with treatment adapted around you. Your appointment can combine methods—for example, focused deep-tissue work with a more relaxing approach—according to what you need on the day.

The emphasis is on a comfortable, flexible experience, whether you prefer quiet, music or conversation during the session.

Toby Longin

Integrative counsellor

I am based in North Devon and enjoy working with adults and young people. Alongside private practice, I work in a school and volunteer for a local mental health charity. I have over 20 years’ experience helping people with addiction.

I believe there is a place of peace and equilibrium within us that can become obscured by life’s difficulties. It is a privilege to help someone rediscover that place, change and enjoy life again.

Claire McConnachie

Integrative therapist

Life’s difficulties can sometimes become overwhelming. You may know what has brought you to therapy, or you may simply know that you are struggling. Either way, I can help you navigate your journey towards greater acceptance and understanding.

With you at the centre of our work, I create a safe and comfortable environment where you can talk openly. I draw on a range of skills and integrative theories so we can find a way of working that suits you.
